            Bug ID: 220728
Summary: Implement resource load scheduling for low priority
                    resources
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Page Loading
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: koivisto at iki.fi
                CC: beidson at apple.com

With HTTP/2 image loads can saturate the connection and cause the loading of more important resources to be delayed (https://blog.cloudflare.com/better-http-2-prioritization-for-a-faster-web/ for a pretty good analysis). We should do some scheduling in the network process.
