I noticed with websites added to the homescreen that have offline support will sometimes not launch if the user is not connected to the internet, siting "Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet."

Normally the app will still launch fine but it seems that it sometimes will launch with this error and a titlebar/refresh button up the top. You can clear the app from the task switcher and open it again and sometimes it will open the app, sometimes it will display the error. This was replicab
