Visit https://janus.conf.meetecho.com/echotest.html?vcodec=h264 on macos or ios 14.4 safari and you get echo'd video.

visit the same url on ios 14.5 beta and you wont get any video echo'd

Will try and get some more debug information out of safari ios 14.5 beta but currently unable to until I get back to the office - had a look through open/closed issues and couldn't see anything relating to this.
