Here in Ephy 40.alpha-100-g7aa7cb5c2+ (wkgtk 2.31.1) I cannot reproduce this.
Cannot repro in MiniBrowser ToT either.

There's an issue with video rotation metadata handling, but I'd say it's orthogonal (no pun intended) to this bug.


Can you upload debug logs please?
