Hi Simon,

Just uploaded a test case.

I mean, `document.scrollingElement` is `<body>` element, but it takes `<html>` value instead, it seems a little weird.
We had an issue to discuss this in github. https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2977
