More fast tests are showing up as flaky tests on Win EWS:

fast/events/mouse-cursor-image-set.html
fast/forms/input-button-sizes.html
fast/forms/input-placeholder-paint-order-2.html
fast/forms/select/select-painting.html
fast/forms/textarea/textarea-placeholder-paint-order-2.html

It looks like this bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228186 is related.
