            Bug ID: 228898
Summary: If overflow:scroll content changes during a scroll
gesture, the scroll offset can be left in a bad state
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari Technology Preview
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Scrolling
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: simon.fraser at apple.com
                CC: simon.fraser at apple.com

Testing with LayoutTests/tiled-drawing/scrolling/overflow-scroll-reduced-content.html, it's trivial to cause the scroll offset to be stuck at the wrong value if content changes make an overflow non-scrollable in the middle of a scroll gesture.
