Outer indent of input after re-enter text

After entering some symbols in input, removing them and enter again at bottom of input appears bottom indent.
This indent is not included in input height calculation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a demo on codepen - https://codepen.io/ondanila-the-flexboxer/pen/poRNXOR
2. Enter some text to input
3. Remove entered text.
4. Enter text again.
5. At the bottom of input appears empty white place.
