iFrame keyboard navigation issue

DESCRIPTION: 
Keyboard navigation does not scroll when inside a Youtube making keyboard focus out of viewport. 

Browser:
Safari 14.0 MacOS 10.15.7

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Navigate to the following url: https://www.apple.com/tv-pr/news/2020/06/apple-debuts-foundation-teaser-trailer-at-wwdc20/
2. Using keyboard navigation tab through the YouTube frame.
