No this bugs should is not related. If you are seeing "An internal error was encountered in the Indexed Database server", it's very likely that WebKit process crahses (may or may not due to IndexedDB). Please check and attach com.apple.WebKit.Networking crash files if there is any (on iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data). 

We keep fixing networking process crashes, so it would be nice if you can try on a latest OS build. It's also useful if you can provide steps to reproduce (with your test app, web page, etc) on an older build.
