After the update to iOS 14 on openSource the testers began seeing 20-40 timeouts across a variety of tests. there does not seem to be any consistency. 

These tests are the only commonly failing tests:

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/mediacapture-record/MediaRecorder-peerconnection.https.html
svg/W3C-I18N/tspan-direction-rtl.svg
webgl/1.0.3/conformance/textures/tex-image-and-sub-image-2d-with-video.html

all others are random.
