Menu items in the context popup are selectable only with a left click.

Expected:  Menu items in the context popup should be selectable with either right or left click.

Steps to reproduce:

    1. Right click to bring up context menu
    2. Move mouse to any active menu item
    3. Right click.  Nothing happens.  (Before r260889, this would have selected the menu item.)
    4. Left click.  Menu item is selected.
