I'm seeing this problem with multiple iOS 13 users, from what I can tell, 
there were no open transactions before the browser went to the background.

The tab gets focussed again after a few minutes and then "Connection to Indexed Database server lost." gets thrown next time IndexedDB is accessed, 

via a new open, new transaction, put(), no auto incrementing keys in use.
