            Bug ID: 208559
Summary: Two monitorWheelEvents tests fail on Windows
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari Technology Preview
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Tools / Tests
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: simon.fraser at apple.com

fast/scrolling/arrow-key-scroll-in-rtl-document.html [ Skip ]
fast/scrolling/programmatic-scroll-to-zero-zero.html [ Skip ]

These tests fail with the patch in bug 207948.

They rely on WheelEventTestMonitor seeing some kind of scrolling, but that doesn't seem to happen on Windows.
