WebKit::setCrashReportApplicationSpecificInformation() should also log to WTFLogAlways().

We should log to WTFLogAlways() since "Application Specific Information" doesn't always appear.

In the long term, we may simply replace WebKit::setCrashReportApplicationSpecificInformation() with WTFLogAlways().
