imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-sizing/percentage-height-in-flexbox.html

This test is failing on all platforms after the resync and rebaslines in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/264522/webkit
It looks like possibly these rebaslines were not needed?
