Windows Defender was introduced via one of the most well-known technological company, Microsoft many year's ago because an anti-spyware protector that has the built-in system. it's accessible from Windows XP to Windows 7. For the users of Windows 10 and 8, this software has been made to secure your system from the virus also. However, sometime's we find windows defender won’t turn on Error.
The issue starts when Microsoft’s protection software isn’t able to work properly while downloading & running dedicated anti-virus software, like Norton or McAfee. The time you try to download some other anti-virus program, you would be able to see a message that tells you that you supposed to ‘disable’ Windows Defender in case you want to save yourself from issues between two programs. By continuing with this Defender won't re-enable the time any trial you’ve taken up or subscription with another service has terminated.
Utilizing Antivirus Certain Removal Tools

Here you’ll see a list of startup apps. Now just Right-click the 1st entry on the list & pick Disable. Repeat this step for all startup apps.
The time you disable all startup apps, go back to System Configuration window & tap Apply and OK. Then pick to restart your PC.
Restarting the safety Center Service
As 1st step tap Windows key + R > launch Run. Type services.msc > tap Enter or press OK.
Now look for Security Center in Services and right-click on Security Center > tap on Restart.
At the end just restart the services that are needed and see in case the problem with Windows Defender solved.
Changing Group Policy
It also happens Windows Defender won’t turn on because it disabled by your group policy. it's a problem but can be solved by altering group policy. Just go for the following steps:
As the first step tap Windows Key + R and enter gpedit.msc. Then click Enter or tap OK.
The time Group Policy Editor initiates in the left pane navigate to Computer
Configuration > Administrative Template > Windows Components > Windows Defender Antivirus. Then in the right pane, double-click turn off Windows Defender Antiviru's.
Now choose Not Configured & press on Apply and ok to save changes.
After you have done with these changes, Windows Defender should be enabled. Then it will run without any problems on your system.
