No I didn't follow any instructions.

My process was more like:

* Ah, someone has a problem with my company's API when using Safari, but I don't have my private MacBook at work, and I don't know how to attach a Web Inspector to my iPhone from Windows
* Ah, I remember there is a WebKit buildbot running.
* Okay, this needs some libraries, that I remember were shipped with iTunes.

If the WinCairo build is better, maybe a nightly build should be available from WebKit itself?

I'm not developing or building WebKit, I just needed a passable semblance of recent Safari, on Windows.
