Our requirements for WkWebView would be met if it supported the remote debugging protocol from within the hosting app. This would allow monitoring of HTTP/HTTPS requests and access to cookies, cached data and performance metrics.

Something similar to the Chrome.Debugger class provided for Chrome extensions would be great.
