Patch

Before landing I:

- Fixed the depth texture and other failure
- removed changes.diff
- Put the ANGLE_ENABLE_METAL preprocessor definition in the configuration files
- Reverted the changes to ANGLE's ASSERT
- Reverted the change to the #pragma clang warning
