HTML file with input to reproduce the crash

Safari crashes when trying to select HEIC file for input type file accepting png and jpg.

Example input: <input type="file" accept=".png,.jpg" />

To reproduce:
- Open example HTML in Safari
- Try to select a HEIC image
- Safari crashes

This happens with Safari on iOS and macOS as well as Technology Preview Safari.
