We recently fixed https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209411 and https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209412.

In both cases, one possibility would be to reset the srcObject attribute value of the audio or video element that is playing the remove track whenever a remote track goes from muted to unmuted or disabled to enabled.
That will make sure to create a fresh new audio renderer.
