The Chrome fix from  https://crbug.com/844505 added two WPT tests:

https://wpt.live/css/css-flexbox/hittest-overlapping-margin.html
https://wpt.live/css/css-flexbox/hittest-overlapping-relative.html

The first one fails on WebKit
