Screenshot showing `font-display` and `font-variation-settings` being marked as invalid

`font-display` and `font-variation-settings` are marked as invalid (using red font) when used inside of the @font-face declaration.
According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@font-face those two properties are allowed within @font-face and Safari does support both of them.

Notes:
- this can be reproduce in both Resources and Sources tabs
- tested in TP 92
