We should rename CompileJSCOnly to CompileJSC (and similarly CompileJSCOnlyToT to CompileJSCToT), since the CompileJSC class is not specific to jsc-only port. jsc-only is a specific port (as clarified in https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2019-September/030789.html). CompileJSC class runs build-jsc which is generic, not specific to jsc-only port.
