Currently the status-bubble tooltip is simply <title>. It can't contain URLs or formatted text. We should redesign the tooltip so as to contain more relevant information including URLs and nicely formatted text.

Note that the status-bubble is currently in an iframe. We would need to take it out of the iframe and integrate directly into the Bugzilla page.
