small video and html to demonstrate the problem

Safari Mobile Only (iOS 13)

There is a rendering issue when an element with box-shadow animation is in a position fixed parent and scrolling the body.
Basically, I think some part of the underneath content show through the fixed element background.
I only get this behaviour when I animate the box-shadow property.

In the attached zip file, there is a video and an html file to reproduce this case.

OS: iOS 13.2
Tested on iPhone 6S and iPhone 11

Thanks.
