            Bug ID: 202539
Summary: Focused element not scrolled into view on pages with
                    banner/footer overlays
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Scrolling
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: jdiggs at igalia.com

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch a WebKit browser
2. Use google.com to search for "webkit"
3. Use the Tab key* to give focus to the result immediately AFTER "WebKit - Wikipedia"
4. Scroll the page so that the the item in step 3 is just below the google search banner overlay
5. Press Shift+Tab to move focus to the previous link (should be "KDE")

Expected results: The page would be scrolled so that the newly-focused item ("KDE" link) is visible on the screen.

Actual results: No scrolling takes place.

*In Safari, you'll need to enable "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" in the "Advanced" settings
