laggy scroll

While scroll page the images with "background-attachment: fixed" jump up and down (laggy?).

In attaching a video with two different browsers:
0-6 sec. Chrome: Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
6-12 sec. Safari: Version 13.0.4 (15608.4.9.1.3)
