Is there any further action I can take to debug this on my end? Any caches to clear? I already tried to issue

# update-mime-database /usr/share/mime

I have curl'd '...Source/WebInspectorUI/UserInterface/Main.html'

and indeed:

$ file Scratch/Main.html
Scratch/Main.html: HTML document, ASCII text

so I am kind of puzzled at this point
