This is pretty deeply confusing. Builds take too long so I started grabbing archives from here:
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/minified-archives.webkit.org/mac-mojave-x86_64-release/######.zip

But even if I go ten thousand revisions back (e.g. to 241001), I cannot seem to find a point "before" this regression.

I wonder if there's something that local builds (and their archived versions) depend upon that's different from Safari and STP releases (since releases do not repro)?

Just for the record, it's definitely not machine-specific, though it could be Mojave-specific, as I don't currently have a machine running Catalina. Also, repro is pretty darn noticeable as it affects every period in Web Inspector's timeline and layers data grids.
