Safari Tech Preview console showing missing encodedBodySize property

Hi Safari/Webkit maintainers!

I'm trying to use the PerformanceResourceTiming API as described on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/PerformanceResourceTiming/encodedBodySize however this "encodedBodySize" property is not available in Safari 11, 12, or the Tech Preview! Is this feature on the roadmap and if so, when should I expect it to be available in the Safari Tech Preview builds?
