Thanks very much for the response.  From the description, https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196372 does sound very much like it could be the root cause which is great news. IDB *does* work fine after refreshing the page.

Where exactly would I look to see the com.apple.WebKit.Networking crash report to confirm that it is happening as well?
