            Bug ID: 196147
           Summary: AX:
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 11
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Animations
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: kevinlawson at network-source.com
                CC: dino at apple.com

While building the new Neutron Creations site (coming very soon!) we went over an especially baffling bug in Safari including liveliness of SVG components utilizing CSS3 changes and obscurity at the same time.

Safari won't vitalize the two traits in the meantime, rather enlivening the darkness with the right timings and when that liveliness is finished the change bounces to its right position, or the interpretation is simply overlooked totally.

We've created an insignificant testcase underneath. On the left we have SVG components and on the privilege a comparable arrangement of DOM components. Both are energized utilizing the equivalent CSS rules.
