Facebook app and The Guardian website

This problem can be reproduced in iOS 12 (all versions) across different apps that use WKWebView or WebView (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ...)
Also, you can reproduce this problem across different websites, like elpais.com, washingtontimes.com or theguardian.com

Basically, when when the app opens the WebView to show web content inside the app, it randomly fails, showing an error (video attached). There's no a specific frequency, it just seems random, but the fact that this issue is happening in different apps, makes me thing it can be related to WKWebView or WebView.

Inspecting the network activity, when the error happens the device has not even tried to do the request, so it does not seem a server side issue.
