WebKitGTK 2.22.6 and 2.23.91

When opening a link to a page with an embeded HTML5 video, WebKitGTK fullscreen is broken (video not shown).

Happens with Epiphany and Eolie.

Already reported to Geary but unable to find a solution, I hope you will guess what is happening.
