I was thinking of <rdar://problem/45288087> as well though it doesn’t seem like there is enough information here to confirm it.

Carlos, can you attach a video of the behavior from an external source like an iPhone? A sysdiagnose triggered immediately after reproducing the issue may also be helpful. Thanks
