WIP patch

* Added ThreadedCompositor::pauseCompositing to stop CompositingRunLoop when exit AC mode.
* Implement CompositingRunLoop with WorkQueue

ToDo:

* Sometimes animation does't start. https://webkit.org/blog-files/3d-transforms/morphing-cubes.html
* Crashes or freezes occasionally.
