[TEST] Test page

Rotate animations do not work with WebAnimationsCSSIntegrationEnabled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load attached test case
2. Enable WebAnimationsCSSIntegrationEnabled
  => No animtations
3. Disable WebAnimationsCSSIntegrationEnabled
  => Animations

Interestingly when I encountered this in Web Inspector the animations worked intermittently.
