Steps to reproduce

1. Use an iPhone XS with iOS 12.1.3
2. Then open Safari and go to www84.zippyshare.com/v/dd0QbMh2/file.html
3. Tap on "Download Now"
4. It comes the video playback UI, but the video playback not working (in Safari you see such a crossed out play button).
