The following layout test is flaky on Mac and iOS Debug

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/IndexedDB/idbobjectstore_createIndex6-event_order.htm

Probable cause:

Unknown, issue has been happening for the whole history. I was able to reproduce the failure on Mojave using command:
run-webkit-tests --root debug-240848 imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/IndexedDB/idbobjectstore_createIndex6-event_order.htm --iterations 500 -f --debug

The test only fails 2-3 times.
