For Example,　you can see this bug in https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GIF.
In First View, of course, gif animate.
However,  gif stop animate when click one external links (ex. The GIFLIB project(http://giflib.sourceforge.net/)) on page bottom and navigate  other origin website, then press back button to navigate to wiki.
while gif stop animated, if you scroll page,  gif play animation but if you stop scroll, gif stop animation again.
Do you have any information about this bug?
