The 2nd progress bar has no aria-valuenow or aria-valuetext (an indeterminate progress bar)
Again the role is not read (see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205503 )
The value is read at 50% which is wrong.

MacOS performs perfectly on progress bars and reads this as indeterminate.
