Summary: Safari won't respect system's input device when make a
RTP call using appr.tc
Product: WebKit
Version: Safari 12
Hardware: Macintosh
OS: macOS 10.14
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: WebRTC

Safari (12.1.1) won't respect the System's (Mac OS 10.14.5) input device when using appr.tc
Reproduce steps:
1. Install Virtual audio device (Soundflower) on Mac OS 10.14.5
2. Select Soundflower as input device in system perferences
3. Open appr.tc in Safari
4. Create a room (Party A)
5. Join the room from another PC using Chrome. (Party B)
6. Play audio using sox from Soundflower
Expected behavior:
After step 5, Party B should hear nothing because the input device of Party A is a virtual audio device
After step 6, Party B should hear the voice played by sox
Actual behavior:
After step 5, Party B can hear voice from Party A's internal microphone
After step 6, Party B can still hear voice from PartyA's internal microphone but not the voice from sox
Same test on Chrome and Firefox, Chrome and Firefox will respect the input choice in system preferences.
