There is already the concept of "Delete Breakpoint", so we should be consistent with things like "Remove Local Override" and instead use "Delete Local Override".  In this case, "Delete" is also a slightly better word because it clarifies that the state/data is wholly destroyed, not just "hidden" or "deactivated".
