Discoverability is a major problem in the Timelines Tab, mainly that some of the useful (but performance impacting) timelines are disabled by default (e.g. Memory, Heap Allocations, etc).  Rather than require the user to click on Edit and enable the timelines, we should make that view scrollable and instead have checkboxes next to each timeline that indicates whether they're on/off (timelines that are off would be moved to the bottom).  This way, all timelines are always visible.
