Video showing search being performed from the address bar in Safari. After DDG SERP is loaded Safari suggestions popup shows up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set search engine to DuckDuckGo.
2. Open Safari full screen.
3. Perform any search from the address bar.

Expected result:

DDG SERP loads and users are able to click on the results.

Actual result:

DDG SERP loads, but Safari suggestions popup shows up over the website requiring two clicks from the users (one to dismiss the popup and another one to select a result).

Notes:

- Reproducible using r249254 (August 29th).
- Google and Bing are not affected.
- Does not happen if window is not full screen.
