            Bug ID: 200568
Summary: Bottom and top browser bars do not disappear when
                    scrolling inside a block
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 12
          Hardware: iPhone / iPad
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Scrolling
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: RDMStreetOne at gmail.com

The bottom and top panels of the browser do not disappear when scrolling inside the block on iphone. For example, I propose to follow this link and open an example of a modal with "Scrolling long content": https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/modal/.
On android in chrome, when scrolling this modal, the bottom and bottom panels disappear, but on iphone this does not happen and this is very unpleasant.
On my site, it’s very convenient for me to use blocks with fixed positioning as the main scrolling and switch between them using smooth animations, but on iphone this leads to certain limitations.
