            Bug ID: 200354
           Summary: Layout Test
                    media/W3C/video/networkState/networkState_during_progr
ess.html is Failing on All Platforms
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Tools / Tests
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: repstein at apple.com

The following layout test is failing on All Platforms:

media/W3C/video/networkState/networkState_during_progress.html

Steps to reproduce:

run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --no-retry --no-sample-on-timeout -f media/W3C/video/networkState/networkState_during_progress.html --iter 50

History: https://webkit-test-results.webkit.org/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&tests=media%2FW3C%2Fvideo%2FnetworkState%2FnetworkState_during_progress.html

Test has been failing for entire observable history.
Test is already marked as failing/flaky in other, old bugs:
    webkit.org/b/76280
    webkit.org/b/82976
Due to the age of these bugs and the lack of resolution for them, creating a new bug.
