Seen on iPad running iOS 12.0.1 (16A404). Cannot fix misspelled words in any text field because the autosuggestion call out bar automatically dismisses itself and the red background behind the word vanishes before I can choose a suggested correction.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit <data:text/html,<textarea></textarea><button>Tap me</button>>
2. Tap the text field to focus.
3. Type: “Woood”.
4. Tap the button “Tap me”.
5. Tap in the text field to focus.
6. Tap the word “Woood”.

Then the autosuggestion callout bar appears and quickly automatically dismisses itself. But it should not have automatically  dismissed itself.
